The first annual SpaceCom (SpaceCommerce Conference and Exposition) announced today that Stuart Martin, CEO of Satellite Applications Catapult, will be joining SpaceCom’s powerful roster of keynote speakers during the up-coming three-day conference. Martin’s keynote discussion “Mission Earth — How Space is Empowering a Better World,” set for Wed., Nov. 18 from 8:15 a.m. to 9 a.m., will examine how satellites are continuing to enable innovative new business models and services on Earth.

“The nature of world commerce continues to evolve with the advancement and democratization of satellite technologies,” said Martin. “SpaceCom is the perfect venue to explore these changes and how they apply to major industries in the U.S. It also offers a great forum for cross-industry exchanges examining innovation in a world powered by satellites.”
