Riccardo Patriarca holds a BSc in Aerospace Engineering and a MSc in Aeronautical Engineering, both at Sapienza University of Rome (Italy). Since 2014, he is a PhD student at the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering of Sapienza, where he works also as assistant lecturer of Operations Management and Quality Management. His research interests include safety and risk management of complex systems, resilience engineering, quality management and maintenance management. Riccardo recently won a SGAC – IAASS scholarship to attend the 2016 8th IAASS conference “Safety First Safety for All” in Melbourne (FL).
