Russian space agency Roscosmos announced the new launch schedule, following the result of the investigation on the failure of a Soyuz rocket carrying Progress M12-M cargo spacecraft to the ISS. The commission has established that the third stage rocket engine failure was caused by a clogged fuel supply pipe. The next Progress spacecraft are now scheduled for October 30, 2011 and January 26, 2012, while the manned Soyuz capsule will resume crew transportation on November 12 and December 20. According to Roscosmos, the Federal Space Agency is currently consulting with NASA to refine the work plans of the upcoming missions to the International Space Station.
