NASA Spacesuit Engineer Explains Upgrades

 NASA spacesuit engineer Amy Ross demonstrates improvements over the current spacesuit design in the video below, including swivelling joints and a back hatch instead of over-the-head donning that has been known to result in shoulder injuries. The advanced prototype suit is designed to enable not only EVAs but also locomotion on planetary bodies, implementing learnings from Apollo to today.
