Non-Newtonian Fluids in Space

In early May, astronaut Don Pettit shared an experiment he made aboard the International Space Station that revealed the effect of sound wave vibrations on water in microgravity. Taking that experiment one step further, Pettit has released a video of the same experiment conducted using a non-newtonian fluid composed of corn startch and water. Watch the startling effect below:
