What does it take to be a citizen astronaut? Citizens in Space, a project of the US Rocket Academy, is sending ten citizen astronauts to space aboard the XCOR Lynx to act as payload operators for citizen science experiments. Three astronaut candidates have been selected so far. Although beta testing of the Citizens in Space Pathfinder Astronaut Training has not yet begun, candidates Maureen Adams and retired US Air Force Lt. Col. Steve Heck are getting a head start. Join them as they practice aerial acrobatics in this high-gee/zero-gee training flight.
